How does it work?

- Join the WhatsApp community 👥 group of your city 🌆.
- Sign up to a bar 🍻 tournament 💪🏼 in your city through the WhatsApp group.
- Win points ⭐ in the tournament (whether your lose, draw or win) 🤝🏼.
- Every tournament, trimester and season (year) winners get prizes 🏆🎁.
Rules
Touch move: The rules of the game follow those adopted by the 93rd FIDE Congress held in Chennai, India, effective January 1, 2023. The “touch-move” rule is replaced by the “clock-move” rule. A player can play any move until the clock is pressed.
Pairings: Pairings will follow the Swiss system.
Time Control: Time control will be 10+0 – 5 rounds total OR 5+2 – 7 rounds. The events last approximately 2 hours.
Scoring: The points are as follows:
- Win: 100 points
- Draw: 40 points
- Loss: 25 points
Every event is on the base of 7 rounds to be fair whether you play a tournament which has 5 or 7 rounds or another number.
For instance if you play a tournament of 5 rounds and you obtained 340 points, you are actually given 476 points.

Scores timeline: The players scores are reseted each trimester (for the trimester tournaments).
Player conduct: Players are expected to maintain fair-play towards other participants and the partner bar staff throughout the tournament.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded at the end of each month, trimester and year (national final).
- There are prizes to win at every tournament (bottles of wine, diamond memberships, …)
- Every trimester there will be a money prize pool.
- At the end of the season there is a 2,500 NIS prize pool for the players who managed to rank the best.
